The successful installation and commissioning of our Auto Veneer Cross feed Splicing Line at a client’s production facility in South America. This improved face veneer spacing machine, high accurately working with the seamless splicing of 4’x8’ veneer sheets especially the fancy surface face veneer joining , has been integrated into the client’s production process, significantly enhancing their veneer processing capabilities and veneer production quality.

As high end decorative surface veneer, flat surface joining without seam and residual on surface, is a very important and high requirements as veneer industry customer needs, this splicing line not only well solve this problem and designed to splice veneer sheets at speeds up to 6–7 times faster than traditional longitudinal splicing machines, the cross feed line maximizes efficiency for long veneers over 2 meters in length max can arrive 3200mm. With precise edge cutting using an integrated dual-knife guillotine and a pre-gluing system (compatible with PVAc or urea glue.etc), the veneers are prepared for seamless joining. Operators can set specific veneer dimensions or sheet quantities through the touch control panel, allowing flexible production to meet diverse requirements.

For optimized production, our solution includes the Double-Sided Glue Applicator for accurate adhesive application and the Dual Knives Veneer Guillotine Machine, Veneer Surface Flatting Hot Press Machine to ensure even material distribution before splicing. Together, these units provide a comprehensive and automated veneer splicing line, delivering high-quality results at impressive speeds.
